Poor quality of sleeves and the colour was completely different from the so-called aqua blue I ordered. I was delivered a greenish colour on the sleeves instead. Also, the mustard colour came through as a dirty mustard. Not happy with Uniform Wholesalers who, at the end of the day, did nothing but sent a message to American Apparel, who also did nothing and deleted that colour from their website. My biggest complaint is the lack of rectifying the problem, NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE, NO GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered two raglan men’s 3/4-length T-shirts. When they arrived, they were different shades ie: the one mustard T-shirt was a dirty mustard yellow, and the other, which should have been an aqua blue colour (as per their website photos), was a dull green colour. This is not what I ordered. I contacted Mohammed from Uniform Wholesalers, and he contacted the company that provides them (American Apparel) about the colour discrepancy. AA came back and said, “Slight variations in size or colour (industry standard of 4%) are possible as products are manufactured in different batches. Such variations in products are widely accepted, and it cannot be stated as a reason to request a refund or exchange of any product.”
So before you order anything from Uniform Wholesalers, who also will NOT take any responsibility, BUYER BEWARE. The T-shirts didn’t cost much, but for companies ordering for school events or in bulk, please request you ask for a sample first before proceeding, as if it is not what you are expecting upon delivery, then their attitude is, “TOUGH LUCK!!”
P.S since my complaint, I notice on their website, aqua green/blue colour I ordered, is no longer available. I am now left with two colour raglan t shirts that are dull, dirty looking for the mustard and a green colour instead of the beautiful aqua blue colour I ordered. Disappointing as they were suppose to be a birthday present.

Both white and blue shirts are excellent quality. Nice finish. Would happily purchase again. Note though, white shirts were more a size 13 than a 14.
